Choosing the right photographer for your big day is a huge decision. When you hire a photographer you're not just hiring them for their pictures afterwards but for their experience. You're trusting them to find that flattering light, to direct your family photos, to notice if the groom's tie is crooked or if you left a ponytail on your wrist. You're booking them for their personality to make the day more fun, help you two and your bridal party feel comfortable, and not detract from the joy and fun and instead make things run smoother.

Because of that I love to meet with my couples ahead of time when possible and see if we’re the right fit! When I'm not shooting weddings, I love to capture memories for families (especially if it means getting to see my past couples!). In full disclosure, although I always strive to get a photo of your family looking at the camera and smiling I also strongly encourage tickle fights, running around, kisses, picking flowers, sneak attack hugs, etc.
